Sebin A.V., a management graduate is an investment banking veteran with over 20 years of experience. Adept with multiple facets of retail and wholesale banking, Sebin’s core areas of expertise are capital raising, business development, training and business processes optimisation and re-engineering. He managed pivotal roles at Kotak Mahindra, Sundaram Finance, GE Countrywide and Citigroup. Sebin successfully opened new businesses and geographies for Kotak Mahindra and Citigroup. He was the Regional Business Head of the commercial real estate business of Kotak Mahindra when he moved on from Kotak in 2015 to take on new challenges. Before co-founding Flint Consulting, Sebin was an integral part of the management team of the Investment Banking firm, Mango Advisors and led the Southern business teams.
