Prakash Dara

Prakash Dara is a rank-holder Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant with a stellar, 24-year career in the Banking and Financial Services sector. During his 18-year association with Kotak Mahindra, Prakash was an integral part of the top core team. He was instrumental in creating and growing two of the group’s highly profitable verticals – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Home Finance. Prakash was a highly valued member of Kotak Initiatives Team (KIT). He successfully set up and implemented pan-India credit risk management matrices, recruitment and training for multiple businesses within the group. Before co-founding Flint Consulting, he was a Partner with an Investment Banking firm, Mango Advisors.
