Dipakk is a seasoned professional with MBA in “Finance and Business Analytics”, bringing more than 6 years of experience in Real-estate financing, expertise in property valuation, wholesale banking and investment banking.
At Flint Consulting, Dipakk has been an integral member of the team for over 2 years. contributing to the successful closure of multiple Real estate transactions across the South Indian market. He is part of Sales team responsible for managing Investment banking and Asset transations from end to end.
Prior to joining Flint, Dipakk was part of L&T Financial Services (LTFS), where he supported clients in Chennai, serving as one of the primary points of contact and delivering strategic & analytical solutions tailored to their financing needs.
He started his career with CBRE, where he spent around 3 years providing Valuation, Appraisal & Research services to pan-India clients for secured wholesale lending, Portfolio valuation, Mergers and acquisitions, Financial reporting and Dispositions. During this time, he also developed advanced financial models for property analysis and cultivated strong relationships with leading financial institutions and Developers.
Outside of work, Dipakk enjoys traveling, listening to music, reading, following sports and playing football.
